A standard non-refundable visiting/inspection fee of ₹299 applies when our technician visits your premises to diagnose the appliance. This fee is payable even if you choose not to proceed with the repair after the diagnosis is provided.
After diagnosing the appliance, our technician will provide an estimate for the full repair, including labor and any necessary spare parts. Repairs will only commence upon your verbal or written approval of this estimate.
While our technicians take the utmost care, SHAKUNTALA CHOUBEY is not liable for any unforeseen, incidental damage to the appliance due to its pre-existing age, rust, or condition during the repair process.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
